    I have not tried these out while working out or for a normal day or anything yet, but they are super comfy and I walked around and moved around when I got them and I feel they hold up pretty well. I wasn't sure if medium or large would be best, so I went with the large and I think they will work well. If it helps, I'm 5'7 and about 178 pounds. I debated if they will stay up while working out but I'm hoping they will. The green color is so pretty, I'm obsessed and love the side pockets!
