Bra Policy: Bras must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with the tags still attached.
Underwear Policy: Your first pair of underwear in each style can be tried on and returned for a full refund or store credit within 90 days of shipment, even if the packaging is opened. After your first pair in each style, any underwear must be in its original, unopened packaging in order for you to receive a refund.
Visit our Returns Portal to exchange or receive a refund minus any shipping fees already paid and from there print out a pre-paid label. Once your return label has been created, you will have 7 days to return your item to USPS before the return label expires. Once your return label has expired, your request for a refund/exchange will no longer be valid. If your return label has expired before you’ve had a chance to complete your return, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders returned using a prepaid Recycling label will be recycled and will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Harper Wilde returns must be returned separately using the prepaid label from our Returns Portal.
Gift returns will only be returnable for store credit. The gift giver will not be notified of your return.
Gift cards are nonrefundable.

STEP 01: To complete your return or exchange, go to our returns portal.
STEP 02: Input your order number and shipping zip code. You’ll be prompted to select the items you are returning or exchanging, and to enter a reason why for each item. (If you can’t locate your order number, please contact our support team with your email address)
STEP 03: Place the item(s) you’re returning or exchanging back into the Harper Wilde box, or in packaging of your choice. Print your prepaid return label that you receive from going through our returns portal and apply that label to the outside of the box. Be sure to cover any previous labels!
STEP 04: Drop the box off at your nearest USPS within 90 days of order receipt, and within 7 days of initiating your return or exchange.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have the tags attached. Please be sure to return your unopened underwear in its original packaging.

Absolutely! Simply follow the steps listed above to exchange your bra.
Please note - if you are exchanging your bra for a different style or color, there will be an added charge to the order given that the exchange is going outside of the pre-set bundle. The charge will be the regular price of the bra you are purchasing minus the price of the bra being exchanged. There is no additional cost for size exchanges.

The amount paid will be refunded to your original form of payment within 1 business day of receipt of return. If you return after the 90 day window, you will receive store credit within 1 business day of receipt of return.
In order to ensure that your return is completed as quickly as possible, please be sure to complete your return request via our returns portal, prior to mailing back your items.
If you’d like to exchange your item for something else, you can begin shopping immediately via our returns portal. Your new item will ship once USPS receives your return.
All items that are processed separately must be sent in separate boxes with the pre-paid label that was generated for that respective return.
The weight capacity is set according to the items selected to return. If you send items from multiple items that were processed separetely in one box, your refund will only be for the item(s) that are connected to that particular label. Also, due to weight standards that are unique to the item(s) selected, the box may be shipped back to you due to the weight of the box being over the capacity.

Grab a measuring tape! If you don’t have one, a piece of string and a ruler will do. These measurements will give you a good starting place.
- While looking in a mirror, wrap the measuring tape (or string) around your back and under your boobs around your rib cage. (Hint: You may need to lift your boob up to get an accurate measurement) The tape or string should meet in the center front.
- Be sure that the measuring tape or string is totally straight around your body. Take note of this measurement, or make a mark on the string where the end meets the other side, then measure from the end of the string to your mark.
- Once you have your measurement based off of the measuring tape or measured string, you will add 2 if you get an even number or 3 if you meausre at an odd number and that will be your band measurement. Ex-if you measure at a 31”, your band will be a 34”.
Wilde Tip: If your measurement is higher than 42”, round the measurement up to the nearest even number to get your band size.
- While looking in the mirror, wrap the measuring tape (or string) around your back and across the fullest part of your boobs, usually right across the center of the nipple. Be sure that the measuring tape or string is totally straight around your body.
- Subtract your band measurements from your cup measurement. The difference between the two numbers will determine your letter size starting with A as 1.
EXAMPLE - If your band measurement is 36” and your bust measurement is 38”, your recommended size is 36B (because there is a 2” difference between your band measurement and your cup measurement).

We know bra fitting can be tricky! Here are a few simple tests:
STOOP, SCOOP, STAND TEST
- Stoop - Put on your bra, then bend at the waist at a 90* angle
- Scoop - Reach into the bra and guide your ladies into the cups. Make sure there is no breast tissue sitting under the band.
- Stand - Now stand up straight. If your breast tissue is flowing out of the cups, or you are experiencing quad-boob, try a cup or wireless size larger.
ARMS UP TEST
Put on your bra, then raise your arms above your head. Are you boobs coming out under the underwire? If yes, then you’re in the wrong size. It sounds like your band size may be too big, or your cup size is too small. Hint: A band that fits properly will not move when you raise your arms.
Put on your bra, then drop the straps off your shoulder. If your bra pretty much stays put where it is, then the band size is correct. If your bra drops (telling you that your straps are doing too much work) then your band size is too big and you need to go down a band size and up a cup size - remember sister sizing.

The first step to recycling a bra is separating the hardware from the fabric and foam components. We work with several partners who help us recycle your old bras by disassembling them and giving them a new life. They're made into things like building insulation, couch stuffing, and carpet padding.

Our warehouse is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of their Clients, Customers, and Employees. They have communicated with us that they are are carefully monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and keeping tabs on all communications and updates from federal and state government agencies as well as local health officials.
They have advised any warehouse employee that if they are not feeling well, or are showing any of the symptoms related to COVID-19, to stay at home or return home, and seek proper medical guidance.
While our warehouse has always had stringent cleaning and sanitation procedures in place, they are taking additional precautions to keep our customers and their team members safe.
They have enhanced the warehouse cleaning procedures to include the use of the disinfectant cleaning of packing stations, pick carts, forklifts, pallet jacks, break room tables, door handles and all other warehouse stations at least 2x a day.
Hand sanitizer dispensers have been placed in multiple locations throughout the warehouses, available and recommended for team members to use throughout the day.
Acting on the guidance from the CDC, local health officials, and using their own sanitation and cleaning procedures that are already in place, they are striving to make the warehouses a safe environment for everyone.
