How will I find my size without being measured in store?
While some companies claim you need a fully-trained bra whisperer to know what fits, we believe that you know your body best and know what feels comfortable. With free shipping and free returns, we make it easy and bring the power back to you. Concerned you’ll miss the unsolicited fondling from store sales associates? We didn’t think so

What if I still need help finding my size?

What do I do if the product I want is out of stock?

ORDER & SHIPPING

I never received or lost the return shipping label. How can I return my bras?
Easy! Just email us at support@harperwilde.com, and we'll send you a new label

When can I expect my order?
We're excited about bras, too! Standard delivery is 5-7 business days. Check your shipment confirmation email to track your order. If you don't see the email, search for "hello@harperwilde.com" in your email 

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 states in the U.S. and military APO/DPO/FPO addresses

What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for Home Try-Ons to all 50 states in the U.S. as well as military APO/DPO/FPO addresses. We also offer free returns for all other purchases. Standard shipping is free with your purchase over $50, and it is $5.00 for all other purchases.  Standard shipping will arrive within 5-7 business days

Can I get my bras expedited?
Absolutely.  Expedited shipping is available for $12.00 orders over $50 and $17.00 for orders under $50 and will arrive within 2-3 business days.  If you opt into expedited shipping, the money paid for expedited shipping is non-refundable

Are discount codes stackable?
Discount codes are not stackable for any order. You are able to apply both a discount code and a Gift Card to a traditional non-Home Try-On order. Neither Gift Cards nor discount codes can be applied to Home Try-On orders.



RETURNS 

How do I return my order?

Click "Returns" at the bottom of our site or visit www.harperwilde.com/pages/returns to place a return.  Enter the email address you used to place your order and the 12-digit order number sent in your order confirmation email.  Then select which item(s) you would like to return and the reason(s) you are returning them in order to get a refund for your returned bras.  Place bra(s) you are returning back into the Harper Wilde box or package of your choice. Apply the prepaid USPS shipping label located at the bottom of your box to the outside of the box.  Drop off the box at your nearest USPS within 7 days for Home Try-On and 30 days for all other purchases. Returned bras must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with tags still on to receive a refund. You will be charged for any bras not sent back within 3 days of processing the return through our portal.


What is your return policy for purchases not through the Home Try-On program?
We don't ask for much. Bras must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered with tags still on to receive a refund.  You have 30 days to get a full refund on your original form of payment. After 30 days, you will receive store credit. We cannot accept any returns after 45 days.  For Home Try-On returns, see below FAQs on Home Try-On

How long does it take to process a return?
The amount paid will be refunded to your original form of payment within 10 business days of receipt of return. If you return between the 30-45 day window, you will receive store credit within 10 business days of receipt of return

What if I want to exchange my bra(s)?
For exchanges, please return the bra that doesn't fit and place a new order directly on our website www.HarperWilde.com.  Returns are always free!

 

HOME TRY-ON

What is the Home Try-On Program?
Glad you asked. Pick out three bras to try on at home - with no upfront charge. You have 7 days to try them on and decide which styles you love. Keep the bras you like, return the ones you don't. Are returns free? They sure are. There is a return label in the box. Put any bras you want to return in the box, affix the label and you're good to go.  If you opt into expedited shipping, the money charged for expedited shipping is non-refundable.

I thought the Home Try-On program was free-why do you need my credit card?
You will be charged a nominal fee of $0 for the Home Try-On program (unless you pay for expedited shipping). We require your credit or debit card information for security purposes, but rest assured you will not be charged until you decide which bra(s) you would like to keep. What we need from you: 

1. Home Try-On returns must be postmarked by the 7th full day after you receive them, or we will assume you are keeping them and will charge you. Any bras not returned within the 7 day try-on window are non-refundable.  Don't worry, we'll send you an email so you don't forget to return on time! If your Home Try-On period ends on a weekend or holiday, just drop it off the USPS on the next available business day 
2. If the returned bras are damaged or the tags are taken off, we will need to charge the card on file the full price of $35 for each damaged bra

How often can I do a Home Try On?
Even we know there can be too much of a good thing.  But not to fear! You can do a Free Home Try-On once every year

Can I apply a Gift Card or discount code toward my Home Try-On order?

Neither Gift cards nor discount codes can be applied toward Home Try-On orders. Not to worry though, you can place a traditional non-Home Try-On order using your gift card or discount code and also enjoy our free shipping on all orders over $50. Plus, returns are always free

What if I want to exchange something from my Home Try On?
Our Home Try-On program allows you to find the right bra for you!  When you find out what that magic number and letter is, return the bras that don't fit, keep the ones that do, and place a new order to get any additional bras that weren't in your Home Try On

I placed an order at some point in time - does that mean I have an account?
Not necessarily. You can place an order without creating an account, so you will only have an account if you chose to create one.
