Rewards Terms & Conditions

OVERVIEW OF PROGRAM:

The Harper Wilde Rewards Program (“The Hook Up”) is a free-to-join customer program designed to reward our customers for their loyalty. Customers who opt into The Hook Up (“Members”) will receive certain rewards Points (defined below) through specific actions as described below, which they can redeem for discount Rewards (defined below). Members’ qualifying purchases and actions can also unlock Membership tiers that provide exclusive Perks (defined below) under the terms outlined below.

 

ELIGIBILITY:

To be eligible to participate in The Hook Up, you must: (a) be a resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; (b) be at least 18 years of age; and (c) have a Shopify account. You may only have one The Hook Up account. The program is intended for personal use only, and commercial customers are not eligible to participate. Your account may not be assigned, transferred, or shared with family or friends, and your account and associated benefits are not intended for those purchasing items for resale.

Harper Wilde evaluates residency based on your shipping address. If you change your shipping address to one that is outside of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, you will no longer be able to receive or redeem Points for Rewards or use Rewards or Perks in your account. If Harper Wilde determines that you have violated the eligibility conditions, it reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or participation in The Hook Up without notice or right to appeal.

 

JOINING THE HOOK UP PROGRAM & OPTING OUT:

To join The Hook Up, log into your existing harperwilde.com account, or if you do not already have an account, register for one at harperwilde.com. (Registration and joining The Hook Up is free.) A valid email address is required for participation and to receive Points. You must update your account information if your email address changes.

 

TIER STATUS & BENEFITS:

Following initial tier placement, program tier status is based solely on your total Points earned or total spending amount on unreturned Qualifying Purchases during a rolling 12-month period (“Spend”) as follows:

Tier Levels:

Tier Benefits: Members receive personalized offers and benefits (“Benefits”) based on their tier status. Additional benefits unlock as members reach higher tiers. Some notifications or offers related to benefits may be sent by email, and members must opt into emails from Harper Wilde to receive these communications.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, benefits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged or returned for Points, products, or refunds.

 

EARNING POINTS:

Members can earn Points through the following actions:

All earned Points expire 12 months from the date of issuance, but this is subject to change. Members must have created an account to earn Points. Members will receive an email notification 1 month before their points expire.

 

REDEEMING POINTS & PROGRAM REWARDS:

Members can redeem Points for promotional discount Rewards as follows:

Rewards are only eligible for redemption at checkout and cannot be combined with other discount codes. Rewards cannot be used for gift card purchases. 


PROGRAM COMMUNICATIONS:

Unless a Member opts out, Harper Wilde may communicate about marketing, promotions, tier status updates, and program changes via email or other channels. Even if you opt out of marketing communications, Harper Wilde may still send essential program updates.

 

MANDATORY ARBITRATION & GOVERNING LAW:

By participating in The Hook Up, Members agree to resolve any disputes through mandatory arbitration, waive the right to participate in class actions, and shall be governed by Harper Wilde’s Terms of Use. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Harper Wilde makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding The Hook Up program, including its availability or uninterrupted operation. Harper Wilde shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the program.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

All design elements, trademarks, logos, and content related to The Hook Up are owned by Harper Wilde and may be registered in the United States and internationally.

 

REFERRAL PROGRAM:

The Harper Wilde Referral Program allows members to earn rewards by referring friends or family.

 

RIGHT TO CANCEL OR MODIFY THE HOOK UP PROGRAM:

Harper Wilde reserves the right to cancel or modify The Hook Up, including but not limited to reward structures and tier qualifications, at any time without notice.
