You can earn points through purchases and other activities, such as creating an account, following @harperwilde on Instagram, or completing multiple purchases. For a full list of ways to earn points, see the "Ways to earn" section of this page.

If you think there’s an issue with your points, contact our customer support team at support@harperwilde.com, and we’ll review your account. Please allow up to three business days for any adjustments.
Before completing your order, you’ll have the option to apply points at checkout for discounts on your purchase.
Yes, points expire 12 months from the date they are earned.
Yes, you can redeem up to 900 points per transaction, as long as you have enough points in your account.
If you return an order where points were redeemed, the points used for the purchase will not be reissued. Additionally, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
No, points cannot be combined with other promo codes or discounts.
To refer a friend, log into your Harper Wilde account and go to the referral section. Share your unique referral link, and when your friend makes a first purchase of $40+ and redeems their free bra, you’ll also receive a promo code for free bra from our Bliss or Base Collection.
We’d hate to see you go! If you decide to leave The Hook Up, contact our team at support@harperwilde.com to opt out. Please note that once you leave, all earned points and rewards will be removed from your account.
Currently, The Hook Up is only available to residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. If you change your shipping address to an ineligible location, you will no longer be able to earn or redeem points.
