    Very glad I sized up or my b00bs would have been pushed out the sides by my armpits. There isn’t a shelf, it’s sort of like a snug and supportive tank top rather than a sports bra but it works well for less intense activities.

    Definitely for relaxing and low impact activity, but still sporty, while providing good coverage and very comfortable. I could picture myself wearing for outdoor activities like paddle boarding when I don’t want to fuss with a bathing suit/top.
