    The convertible straps are super convenient and it’s made of a really nice thick material. I’d say this is good for low to medium impact workouts/activities. Size L was perfect for 34DDD

    I find myself grabbing this sports bra over others I’ve had for longer. It’s comfortable and one of the most supportive sports bras I have. I like that I can change the straps but I’ve left them crossed since I prefer the racer back style.

    Great for running!

    I’ve been using these bras for distance running and they really do the trick- keeps everything in place without being constricting. I’m a 32D which puts me between small and medium but went for the small, which has worked great for me and was the right move for running purposes, but I imagine medium would have worked for lower impact exercise or casual wear. Only small thing is that the ridge of the neckline is slightly raised and does tend to show through shirts that are a little tighter, but this does not bother me since I just use them for exercise.
