I hate wearing a bra and most of the time I don't. But let's face it sometimes society just has too much influence on us and we have to put one on. I spent a lot of money on a lot of bras and this is the one. It gives me 2 boobs instead of sports bra uniboob and is like not wearing much, so far it hasn't moved at all. I love the material, it's very soft and cool. I don't know how they got the band to stay put but it actually does. I'm 5'9" and 137 lbs and got the medium and it fits like a glove.
