How to measure
1 Full Bust

Wrap the tape measure around your back and across the fullest part of your chest, ideally while wearing a lightly lined bra. Make sure to leave enough room to be able to take a full breath.

2 Underband

Measure the area directly under your breasts, around your ribcage. The measuring tape should be snug, but not tight.

This does NOT fit like body armor, it is lightweight and comfortable. Medium support. I do not do high impact exercises or run. I walk, do yoga, and lift weights. Perfect for my needs. Have worn underwires my whole life and now in my retirement, I am loving the comfort of not wearing them!
