How to measure
1 Full Bust

Wrap the tape measure around your back and across the fullest part of your chest, ideally while wearing a lightly lined bra. Make sure to leave enough room to be able to take a full breath.

2 Underband

Measure the area directly under your breasts, around your ribcage. The measuring tape should be snug, but not tight.

Great Low-impact Sports Bra

Very comfortable and soft sports bra. I recently gave birth and needed a sports bra to help ease back into working out that was not overly compressive but could provide support even when my size is fluctuating these days. This has been great and hits all the marks!

Favorite sports bra

This is the best sports bra I think I’ve ever owned. It is so comfortable with just the right about of support. I wear it for all my workouts, including strength, HIIT, cycling, and other activities where I want a sports bra to do its job. I will note that I am a B cup, not sure if it would provide enough support if you have big boobs. I just keep buying more of this sports bra, it’s so good.
